James did not dress up. He said that he wasn't a baby anymore but he would go to help make sure his sisters and his cousins were safe from the ghosts and the witches and the dragon that hangs out there most of the time.
He agreed to put a hat on and pretend to be one of the Little Rascals so he could at least collect a little candy for himself while escorting the others. It does look like he was having a bit of fun in the picture below.
All of the dolls wanted to see the witches and ghosts up close so they had James push up some of the baskets and tables close to the gardens so that they could stand on them and peek at what was going on. Little Jo is wearing her same costume from last year and Sammy is in her ballet Tutu (her most favorite outfit in the world)
Our new friend JoAnn is dressed as a mermaid and pretty Alana is dressed as a Greek Goddess.
Maggie has a fall hipster outfit on - it looks so nice with her lovely red hair. Cindy has a pretty pink princess dress and Kathleen has her blue princess dress on.
See the jack-o-lanterns and the ghosts behind Cindy's head?
So cute!
Tina is dressed in her mermaid costume. Grandma added lots of sequins to make it sparkle for Halloween.
Here are some more photos of the group having Halloween fun in the fairy garden.
Happy Halloween to Everybody. I hope you can get out and Trick or Treat
like you are a kid too.
BOO!!
Oh where to begin? Everything is so fabulous. It is a good thing James is such a big boy now and can protect the girls from the ghosts and goblins - and especially that dragon. I love everyone's costumes. Sammie and Little Jo are so cute - they go well together - and I do have to say - New friend JoAnn is just darling in her mermaid costume. Princesses and goddesses and sequins and ribbons, oh my.
ReplyDeleteAnd the Halloween garden is just precious - love all the little touches that you add. I adore the skeleton musicians - perfection.
Do you know why the skeleton didn't dance at the party? Cuz he had no-body to dance with. Hee hee hee - happy Halloween my dear - I'll put a link in my blog so others can come and enjoy the fun - you have the best imagination. Happy Hallowween.
A beautiful and imaginative scene. What creativity you have.
ReplyDeleteA magical, magical scene. Just checking in on you, and I hope you are well. Merry Christmas!
